All practices are limited to 2.5 hours a day, Monday-Friday for first two weeks, four days in third week. Practice times and locations vary. Contact your coach about your team practice. Players must practice 10 hours without pads before contact is allowed. Players must practice 16 hours before being allowed to participate in a game or scrimmage.
