Directions to the Football Field
Driving distance from Mammoth Lakes is about 215 miles. Allow 4 hours driving time in good weather. Proceed south on U.S. Highway 395 to the junction with State Route 14 (about 165 miles). Continue south on State Route 14 about 50 miles to the junction with State Route 58 at Mojave. Turn left (east) onto Trinity Street and proceed four blocks to O Street and the football field on the south side of the high school.

Motel 6 has the best rates with a reduced rate if you make your reservation via the internet and children 17 and under are free. The Motel 6 at the north end of town is near a railroad grade crossing so, unfortunately, there are lots of train whistles during the night.

Best Western has the next best rates. Children 12 and under are free. The Best Western is located near the center of town near the railroad tracks but there is no grade crossing nearby so no whistles.
